Rock
Abrasion
The Modified Taber Abrasion test produces a measure of rock abrasivity. The test is performed on two disks of rock core that are abraded on both sides for 400 revolutions on a modified Taber Abraser. The modified Taber Abrasion value is calculated as the inverse of the average weight loss of both disks.
