GTX performs more than 85 different geosynthetic tests to determine physical, mechanical and soil-geosynthetic interactive properties. Testing is conducted in accordance with ASTM International, ISO, GRI, and Federal Test Method Standard (FTMS) standards. Our staff has years of experience testing and designing with geosynthetics materials. We've provided these services in support of thousands of projects including solid waste, mechanically-stabilized earth (MSE) walls, roadways, and lagoons.
Our accredited laboratories work 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide the most responsive service in the industry. GTX's procedures and equipment are designed to conduct tests according to published standards while reducing the total amount of time required to provide test results.
Our Chief Operating Officer,Gary T. Torosian, actively participates and serves as Chairman of ASTM International's Committee D35 on Geosynthetics. He has spent years focused on improving the interface shear test standards (D5321 and D6243) within ASTM in addition to several others standards.
