Ryan Drefus has more than 20 years of experience with geotechnical engineering projects in dense urban areas. He has strong technical expertise overseeing geotechnical instrumentation for large transportation and infrastructure projects, along with proven project management skills. His work experience includes designing and servicing automated testing systems and associated instrumentation for projects in dense urban areas. His expertise also encompasses instrumentation and monitoring of existing structures, structural elements (i.e. piles, tie-downs), and remote data acquisition via wireless interfaces.

Aaron Epstein is a Professional Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental disciplines, including roadway, bridge, mid to high-rise commercial, residential, and government buildings, sewer, dam, and tunnel projects. He has significant experience in geotechnical and structural instrumentation and monitoring, automated data acquisition systems (ADAS), slope stability analysis, earth dam evaluations, mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls, ground improvement, sinkholes/karst evaluations and deep foundation design.

As the Lead Instrumentation Project Manager for Geocomp’s Massachusetts Monitoring division, Ian McCusker is responsible for overseeing the design, procurement, installation, and maintenance of geotechnical instrumentation programs on large civil projects in Massachusetts, New England, and throughout North America. He has extensive experience with design, installation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of numerous geotechnical and structural monitoring instruments and systems.
