Description of Test
Two soil-cement specimens are prepared as specified and subjected to 12 alternating cycles of wetting and drying as follows: submerge for 5 hours in potable water at room temperature; blot, weight and measure dimensions then oven dry for 42 hours, apply 18-20 vertical strokes with a wire scratch brush.
